Meet Julie

Julie Hingle has lived in West St. Tammany
since 1989 and has enjoyed raising her daughter with my husband, Jimmy and
being involved in community.

Julie joined the real estate industry in 2016
and started working for Coldwell Banker TEC in March 2020.  Julie has expert knowledge of  Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Abita
Springs and Folsom areas as well as a firm understanding of what is happening
in the current market.  She knows the
process of buying or selling a home can be emotional and it is her pleasure
making sure that her clients have a stress-free experience.  She has an extensive network of industry
professionals and tradesmen to assist her clients should they need additional
services/advice.
